1. General Provisions
These Audio Guide Service Purchase and Provision Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the
“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of audio guide services through the GlobeEyes platform.
By purchasing audio guides and/or using the GlobeEyes platform, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
GlobeEyes provides digital audio guide services intended for the virtual exploration of attractions,
locations, and experiences.
Audio guides are provided exclusively in digital format and are accessible via the GlobeEyes website.
At this time, all audio guides are created, managed, and sold solely by GlobeEyes.
3. Registration and Account
To purchase audio guides, users may be required to:
• register on the GlobeEyes platform;
• provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• keep their login credentials secure.
The user is responsible for all activities carried out through their account.
4. Audio Guide Purchase
4.1. Audio guides are sold as a one-time digital service.
4.2. The price of each audio guide is displayed prior to payment.
4.3. A purchase is considered completed once the payment has been successfully confirmed.
4.4. All listed prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees.
5. Service Provision and Access
• After successful payment, the audio guide becomes accessible in the user’s account.
• Audio guides are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
• GlobeEyes reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to the service for maintenance or
technical updates.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
As audio guides constitute digital content that is provided immediately after payment, refunds or service
cancellation are not available, except where required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the audio guide content belong to GlobeEyes.
Without prior written consent from GlobeEyes, it is prohibited to:
• copy the audio guide content;
• distribute or publicly publish it;
• resell or otherwise use it for commercial purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
• Audio guides are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
• GlobeEyes is not responsible for potential inaccuracies or subjective interpretations of the content.
• GlobeEyes is not liable for technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
9. Amendments to the Terms
GlobeEyes reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon
publication on the GlobeEyes platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of
Lithuania.
