Refund Policy

1. General Provisions
This Refund Policy sets out the terms for refunds and cancellations applicable when purchasing audio
guide services through the GlobeEyes platform.
By purchasing audio guides, users confirm that they have read and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Digital Content
GlobeEyes audio guides are digital content, not delivered on physical media, and become available to the
user immediately after successful payment via their account.

3. Right of Withdrawal
Under European Union consumer rules, users normally have the right to withdraw from a remotely
concluded contract within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply when:
• the purchased content is digital;
• the service is provided immediately after payment;
• the user agrees to start the service immediately.
By purchasing an audio guide on the GlobeEyes platform, the user confirms that they understand and
agree that in such cases, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

4. Refunds
Considering that audio guides are digital content provided immediately after payment:
• payments for purchased audio guides are non-refundable;
• cancellation of the service after access is granted is not possible.

5. Exceptions
Refunds may only be granted if:
• the audio guide was not delivered due to GlobeEyes’ fault;
• the user did not gain access to the purchased content;
• refunds are required by applicable law.

6. Technical Issues
Temporary technical problems, system updates, or short-term access limitations do not qualify as
grounds for a refund, provided the service was substantially delivered.
